Sherrie Cotton appeals from the judgments entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Delahanty, C.J.) following a nonjury trial in which the court found her guilty of manslaughter, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 203(1)(A) (Supp.1995), and aggravated assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208(1)(C) (1983).
