BUTTS v. STATE

CR-95-0937.

686 So.2d 1297 (1996)

Robert L. BUTTS v. STATE.

Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama.

June 21, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Lora Johnson, Dothan, for Appellant.

Jeff Sessions, Atty. Gen., and David Bjurberg, Asst. Atty. Gen., for Appellee.

PATTERSON, Judge.

Robert L. Butts appeals from his probation revocation. At the hearing, he admitted that he failed to report to his probation officer and pay supervision fees. Thus, we reject his claim that his probation was revoked without evidence. Yet, there is no written order. We remand this case for production of a written statement of evidence relied upon by the trial court and its reasons for the revocation.
