Five guarantors ("the Templetons"1) of an industrial development bond issue appeal a district court judgment holding them liable to the full extent of their guaranties. The plaintiff is Commercial National Bank ("CNB"), the indenture trustee of the bonds. For the reasons expressed, we affirm.
