This matter is before the court on defendant Flanders Industries, Inc.'s Motion For Summary Judgment (Doc. 51) filed June 3, 1996. Plaintiff, Tammy Gorman ("Ms. Gorman"), filed a two-count complaint (Doc. 1) against defendant, Flanders Industries ("Flanders"). Count-I is a products liability claim based on strict liability in tort, and count-II is a products liability claim based on negligence.
