In this worker's compensation action, the defendants, Read Lumber & Supply Company ("Read Lumber") and its insurer, The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania, appeal a worker's compensation hearing officer's judgment finding that the claimant, Roy Kendrix, was injured in a work-related accident and was entitled to temporary total disability benefits, medical expenses, penalties and attorney fees.
