Attorney John Cain appeals the imposition of CR 11 sanctions against him arising out of his representation of Myrna MacDonald in a sexual discrimination and wrongful discharge action against Korum Ford. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
