This is an appeal from two conflicting verdicts arising out of the same trial, one verdict rendered by judge and the other by jury. The jury found no liability on the part of the defendant insurer, Audubon Indemnity Insurance Company, for the alleged negligence and strict liability of the insured, the Housing Authority of the Parish of Caldwell.
