The defendant, Randy Glenn Thomas, pled guilty, pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to one count of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve two concurrent terms of imprisonment for life without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
