The East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney charged Richard Milstead (defendant) with one count of molestation of a juvenile. La. R.S. 14:81.2. He waived formal arraignment and pled guilty. The trial court sentenced him to five years imprisonment at hard labor with credit for time served.
