OPINION

PER CURIAM.

1. On January 23, 1996, we disciplined the Honorable Benjamin S. Eastburn, District Judge of the Eleventh Judicial District, for his direct contempt of this Court. We suspended him from his duties for a period of one year. Under the terms of the order of suspension, after thirty days without pay, Judge Eastburn has now returned to office on probation for eleven months.
