Defendants-Appellants Charles Carrell (Carrell) and Iris Lindstedt (collectively, the Appellants) are the parties remaining1 in an appeal from a Judgment filed on March 1, 1993, in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Hawaii Broadcasting Company, Inc. (Creditor). This appeal stems from a series of motions for summary judgment Creditor filed which culminated in a March 1, 1993 Judgment in Creditor's favor.2
