Mark Davis sued his wife, Nancy, for a divorce after 19 years of marriage, alleging incompatibility. The wife filed a counterclaim in which she also sought a divorce on the ground of incompatibility. After an ore tenus hearing, the trial court entered a judgment divorcing the parties. The wife was awarded custody of the parties' two teenaged children. The husband was ordered to pay $1,140 a month as child support...
