STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant Randall Brown appeals his conviction of Operating a Vehicle While Suspended as an Habitual Traffic Violator, a class D felony, Ind.Code 9-30-10-16 (Supp.1995).

We reverse.
