American Bonding Company (ABC) petitions for a writ of certiorari, requesting this court to stay proceedings in the circuit court. We grant the petition because ABC is an insurance company in a delinquency proceeding under Arizona's version of the Uniform Insurers Liquidation Act (UILA). Its receiver has not waived the stay issued by the Arizona court. Because Florida is a reciprocal state under the UILA, our courts should honor the Arizona stay...
