GOTHARD, Judge.

Defendant, Vincent Smith, appeals his conviction and sentence for second degree murder. We affirm.

Smith was indicted by a Jefferson Parish Grand Jury on December 8, 1994 for second degree murder in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. He pled not guilty at his arraignment, and was subsequently tried by a jury on May 23, 24 and 25, 1995. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury found the defendant guilty...
