PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury verdict, of two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance. The district court sentenced appellant Marcos Antonio Yllas to serve ten years in the Nevada State Prison on each count, to be served concurrently, and to pay $500 in restitution and a $50,000 fine for each count.
