BYRNES, Judge.

On July 11, 1995 the trial court rendered judgment in favor of the State of Louisiana and against Star Enterprise imposing use taxes based upon the BTU equivalent value of natural gas for Star's use of refinery gas and coke-on-catalyst1 in the process of refining crude oil into finished products. Star appealed. We reverse.

On September 19, 1995 the trial court issued a "corrected judgment" awarding specific amounts...
