This matter came before the Supreme Court on January 23, 1996, pursuant to an order directing the defendant, Rumaldo A. Reyes, to appear and show cause why the issues raised by this appeal should not be summarily decided. The defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction on one count of delivery of heroin and one count of possession of a firearm while in possession of heroin with an intent to deliver.
