MICKLE, Judge.

Victor Gene Leduc appeals his conviction and sentence for grand theft. We AFFIRM, without discussion, the conviction and sentence, but REMAND for correction of the written judgment of guilt and order of probation to reflect that appellant was convicted following a jury trial and to reflect that appellant was awarded 53 days of credit for time served.
