Jane Hill appeals from an order of the Jefferson Circuit Court dismissing her claims of sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, along with sexual harassment, retaliation, and violation of the equal pay law under KRS Chapter 344. The circuit court determined that the claims arose out of Hill's employment and were therefore subject to mandatory arbitration. We vacate the order as to the dismissal...
