Gerald J. "Jack" McLamb ("defendant") appeals from a judgment of the Maricopa County Superior Court affirming his conviction in the City of Phoenix Municipal Court for a violation of Phoenix City Code ("Code") section 23-21 proscribing the unauthorized wearing of the official insignia of the Phoenix Police Department.
