GOTHARD, Judge.

Defendant, E.J.D. Builders Inc. (E.J.D.), appeals two adverse judgments of the Office of Worker's Compensation. We affirm.

Claimant, Richard Wooley, filed a disputed claim for Worker's Compensation on June 2, 1992. After a hearing on the merits of the claim held on December 9 and 10, 1993, the trial court took the matter under advisement.
