COPE, Judge.

The State appeals an order granting defendant Arthur Dawson's sworn motion to dismiss pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4). The trial court ruled that the defendant had been entrapped as a matter of law. We conclude that this ruling was erroneous and reverse.
