1. Plaintiffs appeal the district court's judgment validating certain liens that were imposed upon Plaintiffs' real property. Defendants Farnsworth and Houston Lumber both filed cross-appeals. Our first calendar notice proposed to affirm the judgment in all respects, and Plaintiffs have responded with a memorandum in opposition. Neither Farnsworth nor Houston filed memoranda opposing the proposed affirmance. We are not persuaded...
