The City of Las Vegas Department of Fire Services (the Fire Department) terminated a Firefighter Trainee. When the International Association of Firefighters, Local # 1285, (the Union) sought arbitration of the termination, the City of Las Vegas (the City) applied for a district court order to stay the arbitration.
