After consideration of the parties' Stipulation of Uncontested Material Facts, the Judiciary Commission determined that Johnson violated Canons 1, 2A, 5C(1) and (2) of the Code of Judicial Conduct, engaged in willful misconduct relating to his official duty and persistent and public conduct prejudicial to the administration...
