A jury found defendant, Samuel Aye, guilty of cocaine possession pursuant to § 195.202 RSMo Cum.Supp.1992. The trial court found defendant to be a prior and persistent offender and sentenced him to ten years imprisonment. Defendant filed a Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief which was denied after an evidentiary hearing. Defendant appeals the judgment entered upon his conviction by the jury and the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15...
