("Fairfax"), filed a complaint against appellee Weinberg and Green ("the firm") in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, alleging legal malpractice in the firm's drafting of loan documents and breach of fiduciary duty in the firm's representation of Fairfax during litigation resulting from a default on the loan.
