SELBY, Justice.

Gerald Gene Clark was convicted of Murder, a Class A Felony; and Attempted Murder, a Class A Felony. The trial court imposed enhanced sentences of sixty years for murder, enhanced by an additional twenty years by reason of an habitual offender adjudication, for a total of eighty years; and fifty years for attempted murder.
