This appeal arises from a worker's compensation claim filed by plaintiff, Donna D. Guillory (Guillory) against her employer, defendant, St. Jude Medical Center (St. Jude). Guillory claims she developed radiculomyelopathy triggered from a Hepatitis vaccination.
