The appellant, Dr. Eldin C. Jewell, appeals from a decision of the Pulaski County Circuit Court affirming the decision of appellee Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners ("Dental Board"), which suspended Dr. Jewell's license to practice dentistry for two years.
