On this appeal, appellant James Desmond Jones presents two questions for our review, which we restate as follows:

I. Did the circuit court err in denying appellant's motion to suppress?

II. Did the circuit court err in refusing to set aside appellant's guilty verdicts and dismiss the criminal charges against him under double jeopardy principles? We respond to these questions in the negative...
