Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance Company of Missouri (Farm Bureau) filed a declaratory judgment action to determine coverage under a farm liability insurance policy issued to Rick Kertz for the claims arising out of a May 19, 1994, automobile/tractor accident involving Mr. Kertz and Brian Hilderbrand.
