This is an appeal from the district court's order terminating the parental rights of natural parents, appellants Rosemary Emilie Bush ("Rosemary") and her husband Alan Dean Bush ("Alan"), as to their children Alan Everett Bush ("Alan Everett") and Frisco Lou Bush ("Frisco").
