This is a prosecution of an illegal alien for (i) possession of a firearm by an illegal alien, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5); (ii) possession of a fraudulent identification card, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1546(a); and (iii) possession of marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844.
