CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendant, Royal Birden, appeals from his convictions on two counts1 of distribution of cocaine and his sentences of ten and thirty years imprisonment at hard labor, to run concurrently. The two convictions and sentences are affirmed and the case is remanded.

A jury trial was held on April 25 and 26, 1995. The jury found defendant guilty as charged on Counts One and Two. After the sentencing hearing on May 3, 1995...
