Goodwin, appeals a decision of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) which affirmed the award of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) denying him compensation. He argues the Commission erred in admitting the deposition of Dr. Michael Feely and the medical records of Dr. Lyle Wacaser over objection.
