Defendant, Dan Dillard, appeals from a judgment voiding the 1993 will of his mother, Evelyn Cochrane, on the grounds of undue influence. We review de novo1 and affirm.

Defendant is Cochrane's only child. Plaintiff is defendant's daughter by his first marriage and Cochrane's granddaughter. Plaintiff contested Cochrane's 1993 will, which names defendant as sole beneficiary, and sought to probate a 1988 will...
