PREWITT, Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant sought damages for breach of contract. The trial court entered summary judgment adverse to Plaintiff, as to two counts of the second amended petition. The court found "no just reason for delay," making the order appealable. See Rule 74.01(b). Plaintiff appeals.
