United States Trustee Stanley appeals from the district court's decision reversing and remanding a bankruptcy court order that had denied an attorneys' fee award. After determining that 11 U.S.C. § 330(a) authorized a fee award, the district court remanded for the bankruptcy court to determine the amount.
