Allen McKinney challenges his conviction under 21 U.S.C. § 813 (the analogue statute) for trafficking in drugs, arguing that the statutory definition of an analogue drug is unconstitutionally vague. He also appeals from his conviction for using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug-trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
