OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Appellant Roy Walker was tried and convicted on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, and robbery with the use of a deadly weapon. Walker's confession, which contained statements regarding his involvement in other crimes for which he had already been acquitted, was entered into evidence. Walker filed a motion in limine requesting that he be permitted to inform the jury that he had been acquitted of these other crimes...
