This case presents for review the decision of the Court of Appeals regarding the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Tennessee Charitable Solicitations Act. The case, which was initiated by the State as an action for declaratory and injunctive relief, is before the Court on a Rule 9 interlocutory appeal from judgments entered on motions for summary judgment and dismissal.
