This case is before us on appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Rosa Hurts, and against defendants, James Woodis1, Truax Truck Lines, Inc., and National Fire and Marine Insurance Company. From this judgment, defendants appeal. We reverse in part, amend in part, and as amended, affirm in part.
