OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Appellant John F. Mazzan filed a petition for post-conviction habeas relief with the district court. The district court dismissed the habeas petition, concluding that Mazzan had failed to show cause for not presenting his grounds for habeas relief in earlier proceedings. We affirm the dismissal.
