I. BACKGROUND

This case involves a product liability claim by Ronald Baker and his wife. Ronald Baker was injured while he was changing a tire on a tool truck. The truck wheel explosively separated after the tire was inflated and Plaintiff was struck with the component parts of the wheel. The facts are clear that the wheel which caused Plaintiff's injuries was not an original piece of equipment on the tool truck...
