Appellants, Pepe International Development Company (PIDCO), William M. Chappelle, Kevin R. Moffett and Pepe International, Inc., appeal the order of the trial court denying appellants' motion to compel arbitration and stay of action pending arbitration pursuant to the Texas General Arbitration Act1 (Texas Act); additionally, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act2
