In this divorce case, the trial court dissolved a marriage of 31 years. The court granted the counter-plaintiff, J. Donald Brock (Husband), a divorce from the original plaintiff, Lynne W. Brock (Wife), on the ground of adultery; awarded Husband custody of the parties' four minor children, subject to Wife's liberal visitation rights; divided the parties' property; and denied Wife's request for alimony in futuro and counsel fees...
