DAY, Justice.

Appellant George Edward Tatum was indicted for the aggravated sexual assault of his daughter and indecency with a child. Appellant pled guilty to the indecency charge and not guilty to the aggravated sexual assault. A jury found appellant guilty of both offenses and assessed punishment at 65 years' confinement for the aggravated sexual assault and 20 years' confinement for indecency with a child.
