In this workers' compensation case, the defendant, Northland Frozen Foods, Inc., appeals the decision of the hearing officer awarding the plaintiff, Shane Brady, supplemental earnings benefits and benefits for permanent and serious disfigurement. The hearing officer also awarded Brady penalties and attorney's fees as a result of Northland's premature termination of his benefits and its failure to reinstate them.
